With decades of combined experience and a passion for sharing knowledge, we created this academy to bridge the gap between traditional training and real-world digital workflows.

HI, I'M RITA

and I made this course to share a workflow that I actually use in real cases.

I’m not trying to position myself as someone who knows more than people with 30 or 40 years of experience in this field. I have a lot of respect for that kind of knowledge, and I think there’s a lot you can only learn over time. My 15 years of experience is only the beginning of this journey.

What I was lucky to experience, though, was the digital side of dentistry from many different perspectives — different labs, different mentors and countries different case types, and different clinical expectations.

That gave me a way of working that is very practical, very visual, and very focused on communication.

So this course is simply my attempt to pass that on in a useful way. Not as the only method, and not as a perfect formula, but as a workflow that has helped me and that I believe can help others as well.

If it saves you time, helps you structure your cases better, or gives you a few ideas you can apply in your own workflow, then it has done its job..

MY STORY

My journey started in dental labs in Europe, from Budapest to Berlin, and later expanded into working with international CAD teams, including in the U.S.

Over the years, I became especially drawn to the digital side of dentistry — and to Exocad in particular — because of how much creative and practical freedom it gives.

I’ve been lucky to see many different workflows, case types, and expectations through the people and teams I worked with, and that experience shaped how I approach design today.

From full-arch cases to custom abutments and anterior esthetic work, what interests me most is making complex cases feel more structured, more natural, and easier to communicate.

WHY DO I TEACH?

Because I know how overwhelming dental CAD can feel at first—and how empowering it becomes with the right guidance.

I’m deeply grateful to the mentors who took the time over the years to teach me and help me become a better technician.

Helping others gain confidence in digital design is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
